· Verified directly: a wrong username/password combo is rejected with a clear error; each of the 10 accounts logs in correctly with its own credentials; and — importantly — one person's correct password paired with someone else's username is correctly rejected (no cross-matching).

LIGHT/POWER RESET BUG, LASER&CNC PRICING FIX, STICKER INSTALL MINIMUM, REALISTIC ACP FRAME COSTING (v28.0):
· 3D Sign & Box/Cube — Light → Power Supply reset bug fixed: turning a Light option back to None unlocked the Power Supply field again, but left it stuck showing "Need" instead of resetting to "No Need." Fixed in both places this pattern exists — verified directly that switching light on locks Power Supply to Need, and switching it back off now correctly resets to No Need, not just unlocks.
· 11) Laser & CNC — On Stock minimums corrected: found and fixed a real, wide-reaching bug where 48 "On Stock" materials had their minimum price wrongly set to the full sheet cost (some as high as ₱9,000) instead of the correct small fixed minimum (₱500–2,000) — On Stock means small quantities available on hand, so it should never need a full-sheet minimum. Also updated 2 materials (Acrylic Black Glossy 5mm, Acrylic Gold Mirror 3mm) whose status changed from Should Buy to On Stock in your latest file. Rebuilt the entire 126-material table directly from your v7 file and confirmed zero discrepancies remain.
· 9) Sticker Installation — ₱3,000 minimum added: every Sticker Installation line now has a ₱3,000 floor, shown clearly in the live price hint ("MINIMUM APPLIED" only appears when it actually kicks in). Verified a tiny job floors at exactly ₱3,000, and a large job (200 sqft × 3 qty = ₱24,000) computes naturally without being affected by the floor.
· 1) 3D Sign — ACP Frame costing reworked to match real fabrication: the old formula priced frames by total area, which understated cost for long, thin frames — your example (depth 6cm, width 300cm, height 60cm) came out under 1 sheet by area, but in reality needs 2 sheets, since a 312cm-long strip can't be cut from a single 8ft-long sheet without an avoidable seam. Reworked so pricing is now based on whichever effective dimension (width or height) is larger, converted into how many full sheet-lengths it actually consumes — matching your example exactly (₱16,000 for 3mm, confirmed) while leaving small and moderately-sized frames priced the same as before.

PASSWORD-PROTECTED ACCESS (v27.0):
· Added a password gate: the app now shows a locked screen until the correct shared password is entered, and a persistent "GO2SIGN INTERNAL USE ONLY — CONFIDENTIAL. DO NOT COPY, FORWARD, OR SHARE THIS FILE" banner stays visible across the whole tool once unlocked.
· The password is never stored in plain text — it's checked against a SHA-256 hash baked into the file, verified against the official SHA-256 test vectors to confirm the hashing itself is implemented correctly.
· Honest limitation, stated plainly: this is a single HTML file with no server behind it, so it can't offer real DRM — anyone with enough technical skill to open the file in a code editor could find and remove this gate. What it reliably does is stop an ordinary staff member from just copying and forwarding a working copy, and puts a clear, unmissable confidentiality notice in front of them every time they use it.
· Tested directly: entering the wrong password keeps the tool locked with a visible error; entering the correct password unlocks it and every one of the 15 product tabs works exactly as before underneath.

EXCEL EXPORT — ROW HEIGHTS MADE SUBSTANTIALLY MORE GENEROUS + AMOUNT COLUMN FIXED (v26.0):
· Your screenshots showed the photo/text spacing was still off, and a new problem: SUBTOTAL/TOTAL showing as "##########" because the AMOUNT column was too narrow to display larger currency values. Both fixed:
· Amount column widened (14→18 character units) so large totals display properly instead of overflowing into #s.
· Row-height estimates made substantially more generous — the average character-width assumption used to predict how many lines of text a cell needs was still coming in tighter than Excel's real rendering, which is what let text and photos crowd against each other. Increased that assumption considerably, along with the per-line spacing and padding on every text block (item size, SPECS, installation details, Terms & Conditions) and the buffer around photos — deliberately erring toward extra whitespace rather than any risk of clipping or overlap.
· Re-verified with a mock export matching your exact scenario (2D Sign, qty 100, long SPECS text, plus a photo, followed by a second item): the SPECS row now sizes to 174pt for its wrapped content, and the photo's row provides over 30pt of buffer beyond the image's actual rendered height — both with comfortable room to spare. Also confirmed the SPECS text itself no longer includes price/formula lines, so the "hide unit prices from the client" fix from last time is intact.

INSTALLATION MATERIALS FIELD + QUOTATION SPECS NO LONGER LEAK UNIT PRICES (v25.0):
· Installation — new "Installation Materials & Miscellaneous (₱)" field added under Additional Costs (Manual Entry), for exactly what you described: a manual figure staff can enter to bump up the installation cost as a correction.
· Quotation Document — SPECS no longer shows unit-price/fee-formula details to the client. Lines like "CUTOUT LETTERS & LOGO INSTALL FEE: ₱300/PC × 100 = ₱30,000" or "PROCESSING FEE: ₱100/PC × 100 = ₱10,000" were leaking through into the client-facing document alongside the actual material specs. Fixed by filtering out anything containing a ₱ sign specifically from what flows into the Quotation Document — the client now only sees size, material, complexity, and similar spec details, never the pricing math behind them.
· Staff still see everything — this filter only applies to the Quotation Document text. The cart table's tag list (and the live "Configure Item" breakdown while building the item) are untouched, so whoever's preparing the quote can still see every formula and fee calculation in full.
· Verified directly with your exact scenario: a 2D Sign item with both a Cutout Install Fee and Processing Fee — the cart still shows all 5 tags including both fee formulas, while the Quotation Document's SPECS text correctly keeps only the 3 material/spec lines and drops both price lines entirely.

EXCEL EXPORT — FIXED THE ROOT CAUSE OF TEXT CLIPPING AND PHOTO OVERLAP (v24.0):
· You were right that it still wasn't matching — the underlying problem was that every row height in the export was based on a rough character-count guess (e.g. "assume 43 characters fit per line") instead of the column's real pixel width, so text routinely needed more room than its row was given. That's what caused both problems you saw: SPECS text getting visually clipped, and a photo's row starting before the text above it had actually finished — making the photo look like it was overlapping the item below it.
· Replaced the guesswork with a proper calculation: row heights are now computed from each column's actual pixel width (using the same real column-width conversion added for photo/logo centering last time), a realistic average character width for the font size in use, and more generous line-height and padding throughout. This applies to the SIZE line, the SPECS text, installation detail lines, and the Terms & Conditions block.
· Also added extra buffer to the photo row itself so it never crowds right up against the text row above it.
· Verified with a mock export matching your screenshot's scenario (an item with a 149-character SPECS line plus a photo): the SPECS row now sizes itself to fit all 4 wrapped lines with real breathing room, and the photo anchors cleanly at the start of its own row immediately after — no more shared space between the two.

DESTINATION FIELD + EXCEL EXPORT NOW MATCHES THE HTML PREVIEW (v23.0):
· Installation — Destination field added next to Travel Time to Destination, so the "1 DAY INSTALLATION WITHIN (...)" line in the quotation no longer shows an empty parenthesis. (The field already existed elsewhere on the page — moved it to sit right where you asked, alongside Distance/Travel Time.)
· Excel export — logo and photo placement rebuilt to match the HTML preview exactly. Both were using rough, hand-guessed positions before. Fixed properly:
  – Added real pixel-to-column-width conversion (Excel column widths are in character units, not pixels, so centering anything correctly requires converting through each column's actual width, not a flat ratio).
  – The GO2SIGN logo now centers across the full sheet width using its real image dimensions (974×191px) for a correct aspect ratio, matching the HTML's centered logo instead of a stretched guess.
  – Attached photos now sit on their own row below the SPECS text (not squeezed beside it), sized to 75% of the description column's width, centered horizontally — matching the HTML behavior exactly, including using each photo's real captured dimensions (now recorded at upload time) so the aspect ratio is never distorted.
· Verified this with a full mock export run: logo aspect ratio matched the real PNG exactly (5.099), a test photo's 400×300 dimensions produced a correctly proportioned embed (0.750 ratio preserved) at exactly 75% of the description column's pixel width, and the horizontal centering math checked out to the pixel.

2D SIGN CUTOUT FEE CHANGED TO FLAT ₱300/PC + PHOTO SIZE 75% (v22.0):
· 2) 2D Sign — Cutout Letters & Logo Install Fee replaced: the old ₱200/sqft-of-Base rate with a ₱1,000/quotation minimum is gone, replaced by your new flat rule — ₱300 per piece × Quantity. No more area calculation, no more minimum. Verified directly: qty 4 → exactly ₱1,200.
· Quotation Document — photo size updated from 50% to 75% of the description column's width, still centered horizontally, per your revised request.

1) 3D SIGN — FRAME QUANTITY + DEPTH/SIDING LOCK FIX (v21.0):
· Frame section now has a Quantity field (defaults to 1) — added to both 1) 3D Sign and 2) 2D Sign, since they share the same Frame component. Found and fixed a crash this introduced on 2D Sign (I'd only added the field to 3D Sign's HTML at first, but the underlying Frame logic is shared by both tabs) — confirmed fixed with both tabs now adding Frame at the correct quantity.
· Finish section checked material-by-material against your latest file: Acrylic and Aluminum Cap Channel at ₱100/sqft, G.I. and Stainless Silver at ₱200/sqft, and Stainless Gold with no Finish/Paint option at all (confirmed your file has no Finish row for it — it goes straight from Front Sticker to Complexity). All five already matched exactly, so nothing needed to change here.
· Depth/Siding auto-lock — found and fixed two real bugs: the Depth field was correctly auto-filling from Siding's stated depth, but was never actually locking afterward, contradicting your rule's "otherwise manual entry" structure — so staff could still overtype an auto-set depth without realizing it should've been fixed. Now the field locks (greyed out, read-only) whenever Siding specifies a depth, and unlocks for manual entry when it doesn't. Separately found that switching Material directly (without touching Letter/Logo type first) never re-triggered Aluminum Cap Channel's fixed 8cm depth lock — fixed so it now applies correctly regardless of how you get to that material.
· Verified all of this directly: depth auto-fills and locks correctly across all 5 materials × Letter/Logo, unlocks again when switching to a non-depth siding option, and Alucap's fixed depth now locks in immediately when selected directly from the Material dropdown.

2D SIGN FORMULA LABELS + BOTTOM LAYER AUTO-FILL, PHOTO PLACEMENT, QUOTE ITEM REORDERING (v20.0):
· 2) 2D Sign — UV Direct Print On now shows its formula: "Single Face Printing (Outer Price × 30% + 150peso/sqft)" and "Double Face Printing (Outer Price × 30% + 300peso/sqft)" — matching Pana's format, and since the label itself carries the formula, it now flows into the Quotation Document's SPECS automatically too.
· 2) 2D Sign — Bottom Layer auto-fills from Top Layer: Width and Height now automatically match whatever's in the Top Layer above, every time Top Layer's size changes — but Bottom's fields stay independently editable if you need a different size there. Spatial Density and Complexity were already shared between Top and Bottom in the pricing (there's only ever been one shared control), so I added a read-only line under Bottom Layer confirming which Density/Complexity it's using, since there's nothing separate to set there.
· Quotation Document — photo placement fixed: an attached photo now sits on its own line below all the SPECS text (not squeezed in beside it), sized to 50% of the description column's width, and centered horizontally — matching what you asked for.
· Quote Items — reordering added: each cart row now has ▲/▼ buttons to move it up or down. Since the Quotation Document numbers its items by walking the same cart list in the same order, reordering here automatically reorders the quotation too — no separate sync needed, confirmed by how the code was already structured.
· Verified directly: Bottom Layer's W/H tracks Top Layer live and still accepts a manual override afterward; the Density/Complexity hint displays correctly once a Top material is selected; the UV Print formula text shows up in both dropdowns; and moving a cart item up swaps it with its neighbor correctly.

LIGHT LABEL CONSISTENCY + STANDEE ADD-ON FULLY SPLIT (v19.0):
· 3) Pana/Softfilm — Light labels now match, spec-ready: both Panaflex's and Softfilm's Light options now read exactly "White Light_220V LED Rigid Bars (100%)" / "Warm Light_220V LED Rigid Bars (110%)" — matching each other and your file's literal text — so whichever one gets selected carries its own full spec description into the Quotation Document instead of a bare "White"/"Warm" tag.
· 7) Standee Sign — Main Product and Add-On fully separated: for both Sintra Standee and Replaceable Sintraboard, the Add-On section (Logo Buildup / 5mm Sintraboard Printing) now has its own calculation, its own Unit×Total override pair, and its own "+ Add Add-On To Quote" button — completely independent from the Main Product's. Clicking the main button no longer touches the add-on at all, and vice versa; you choose what goes into the quote and when.
· Found and fixed a real bug while testing this: with more than one Add-on Logo Buildup row configured, an override on the Add-On section was being silently ignored (only worked with exactly one row). Fixed so a multi-row override now scales every row proportionally to hit the exact overridden combined total.
· Verified directly: clicking only the Main button adds exactly one line with the add-on's cost correctly excluded; clicking the Add-On button separately adds it as its own line with correct size/spec; overriding the add-on section's price doesn't affect the main item's override or price at all; and the multi-row override now correctly distributes to hit the target total (tested 2 rows overridden to a combined ₱1,000 — confirmed the two lines sum to exactly ₱1,000.00).

4 MORE FIXES FROM YOUR LATEST FILE (v18.0):
· 3) Pana, Tarp, Softfilm Sign: removed "Lighting: 220V White LED Rigid Bars" from Softfilm's spec text. Added the Panaflex Light Type feature that didn't exist before — a new dropdown that auto-locks to "None" for "No Light" styles (can't be changed), or lets you choose White Light (×100%, already the table price) vs Warm Light (×110% surcharge) for "With Light" styles. Verified both states directly: locked+None for a no-light style, enabled+selectable for a with-light style.
· 9) Sticker Installation: Car Wrapping's Glossy Vinyl now has Hard=₱60/sqft and Very Hard=₱80/sqft pulled from your latest file (previously null/"사용금지") — confirmed in the data.
· 6) Traffic Sign: added "None" to both Add-on Pole and Add-on Base (pole footing) dropdowns; reverted the minimum area back from 2 sqft to 4 sqft as you asked.
· 7) Standee Sign — the big one: Sintra Standee's Logo Buildup and Replaceable Sintraboard's Add-on Printing are no longer folded into the main item's price and specs. Each now becomes its own separate cart line with its own Size/Spec — so in the Quotation Document, if Sintra Standee is item 1, the Add-on Logo Buildup shows up as item 2 with its own dimensions and spec text, not buried inside item 1. Verified directly: the main item's price now excludes the add-on entirely, and each add-on appears as its own line with correct quantity, price, and label in both the Sintra and Sintraboard cases.
· Ran a full 15-tab regression afterward — all tabs render, and 12 targeted checks covering every fix above (Traffic's minimum and None options, the Sticker Installation data, Softfilm's spec text, Panaflex's new light flags, Box/Cube's removed constant, and the full Standee add-on split flow) all passed.

4 FIXES FROM YOUR LATEST FILE (v17.0):
· 4) Box, Cube Sign — Front Sticker minimum removed: the ₱500 minimum across all 6 faces combined is gone, per your file — Front Sticker now prices as pure rate × area × qty, no floor, on every face.
· 9) Sticker Installation — real Hard/Very Hard bug found and fixed: for materials where Hard or Very Hard is marked "사용금지" (not offered) — like Car Wrapping's Glossy Vinyl — selecting that difficulty silently computed a ₱0.00 installation price with no warning, since JavaScript treats a missing rate as 0 in multiplication. The Difficulty dropdown now only ever offers the tiers that material actually has a rate for (confirmed: Glossy Vinyl now only shows "Ordinary," while Sofie Vinyl correctly shows all three), so this can't happen anymore.
· 6) Traffic Sign — three fixes matching your new rule: Add-on Pole and Add-on Base (pole footing) now scale with the main Quantity too, alongside Sticker/Add-on Base/Add-on Sticker/Back Frame which already did — verified 3 signs at 2 poles each correctly total 6 poles, not 2. The per-item minimum area dropped from 4 sqft to the correct 2 sqft. Field labels updated to make clear the Pole/Base quantities are "per 1 sign," scaled by the main Quantity.
· 7) Standee Sign — checked, already working: I tested both Sintra Standee's Logo Buildup and Replaceable Sintraboard's Add-on Printing directly, and their size/spec details are already flowing into both the 06 Specs box and the 07 Quotation Document in my testing — confirmed present in the cart item's tags, the Specs box output, and the rendered Quotation Document. If you're still seeing it missing somewhere specific, let me know exactly where (on-screen preview vs. Excel vs. text copy) and I'll dig further — but I want to be upfront that I couldn't reproduce a gap here rather than claim a fix I can't verify.

SPLIT ADD-TO-QUOTE FOR STICKER INSTALLATION + UNIT×QTY=TOTAL OVERRIDE EVERYWHERE + TRAFFIC ADD-ON QTY FIX (v16.0):
· 9) Sticker Installation: "Sticker & Cut" and "Installation" each now have their own "+ Add ... To Quote" button, producing two separate lines in the quotation instead of one combined line — exactly matching your ask to have them show up separately.
· Every tab's price override redesigned as Unit Price × Qty = Total, both editable — 1) 3D Sign, 2) 2D Sign, 3) Pana/Tarp/Softfilm, 4) Box/Cube, 5) Neon, 6) Traffic, 7) Standee, 9) Sticker Installation (both halves), 10) Print&Cut, 11) Laser&CNC, 12) Advertising Materials, 13) Signage Parts, and the Installation tab all now show two fields side by side: a per-unit price override and a total-price override. Both default to blank (computed price applies); type into either one and the other fills in automatically through the item's quantity; leave both blank to fall back to the computed price as before. Changing the quantity elsewhere on the page live-updates the Total field to match. The Installation tab gets the same pattern adapted to its single-total nature — Qty is fixed at 1, so its Unit and Total fields always move together.
· 6) Traffic Sign — fixed the bug you flagged: Add-on Sticker rows were priced using only their own fixed quantity, completely independent of the main Quantity field — ordering 5 signs with an add-on sticker set to 2 pieces still only priced 2 stickers total, not 10. Fixed so Add-on Sticker quantity now scales as (row quantity × main Quantity); Sticker, Add-on Base, and Back Frame were already scaling correctly and are unchanged.
· Tested all of this directly: 17 separate checks across every tab (override sync in both directions, cart prices matching overridden values, the Sticker Installation split producing two cart lines, Installation's override reflecting in the Summary) — all 17 passed. Traffic's fix was verified with real numbers: an add-on sticker set to 2/unit correctly totaled 2 at Quantity 1 and 10 at Quantity 5.

RED-TEXT AUDIT — FOUND AND FIXED 9 REAL DISCREPANCIES ACROSS 5 TABS (v15.0):
· Scanned every sheet for red-highlighted edits (both whole-cell and partial rich-text runs, learning from an earlier miss) and checked each against my current implementation. Found genuine differences in five tabs:
· 1) 3D Sign, 2) 2D Sign, 4) Box/Cube — Paint/Finish formula was wrong. Your rule: 1 color = ₱1,000 + rate/sqft (additive). My code was doing colors × max(rate×sqft, ₱2,000) — wrong shape and wrong number. Fixed to the correct additive formula on all three tabs, verified against your rule's own worked example.
· 1) 3D Sign, 4) Box/Cube — new rule: Light → Power Supply auto-locks to "Need" and can't be switched back to "No Need" until Light is off. Added to both tabs.
· 4) Box/Cube — new "Apply to All Faces" button next to Front: fills Left/Right/Top/Bottom with Front's spec in one click, all still individually editable after.
· 6) Traffic Sign — two real errors: the minimum billable area was 8 sqft ("4ft×2ft") when your rule says 4 sqft ("4ft×1ft") — fixed. The H4500 Prismatic sticker was priced at ₱400/sqft when your file says ₱300/sqft — fixed in both places it appears.
· 7) Standee Sign — four fixes: Sintra Logo Buildup add-on rate corrected from ₱300/sqft to ₱500/sqft; the ACP Box Type spec text had the wrong print method and material entirely (said "UV on 20oz Panaflex," should say "Eco-Solvent on Backlit Film," and was missing the ACP siding/backing details) — rewritten to match your file; Add-on Sintraboard's Width/Height now auto-fill from the main Standee's size (still editable); and Concrete Base now has its own Quantity field with the ₱2,000/pc charge multiplying correctly (larger standees can need several bases) — found and fixed a bug where selecting Concrete wasn't actually recalculating the price until I added the missing trigger.
· 11) Laser&CNC: checked the flagged sheet-dimension values — already correct from an earlier extraction round, no change needed.
· Verified every fix directly: the paint-color formula against your worked example, Power Supply locking on/off, Apply-to-All copying correctly, Traffic's new minimum and price, and Concrete Base multiplying correctly to exactly ₱9,000 for a 3-base example (and reverting cleanly back to ₱3,000 with no base charge).

9) SPLIT PRICE OVERRIDE + CALCULATION BREAKDOWNS ON EVERY TAB (v14.2):
· 9) Sticker Installation: the single combined "Final Unit Price" override is gone, replaced with two independent fields — "Sticker & Cut Price (Optional Override)" and "Installation Price (Optional Override)" — each with its own live formula shown right above it (e.g., "5.81 SQFT × ₱85/SQFT × 1 QTY = ₱494.06") and, when overridden, a note showing both the computed and overridden values side by side.
· Every tab now shows how its price was calculated, live, before you add it — 1) 3D Sign, 2) 2D Sign, 3) Pana/Tarp/Softfilm, 4) Box/Cube, 5) Neon, 6) Traffic, 7) Standee, 10) Print&Cut, 11) Laser&CNC, 12) Advertising Materials, 13) Signage Parts, and the Installation tab all display a breakdown list under the price (formula terms, rates, tiers, minimums applied, whatever's relevant to that item) instead of just the final number. This reuses each tab's existing internal calculation data, so the breakdown always matches exactly what ends up in the cart and Quotation Document — nothing new to keep in sync.
· Verified across all these tabs that the breakdown populates correctly as soon as a product/material is selected and updates live as fields change.

9) STICKER INSTALLATION — ALL MINIMUMS REMOVED (v14.1):
· Confirmed against your latest file: the "Minimum" columns have been removed entirely from the sheet's structure for Eco-Solvent/UV Printing rates and for Installation rates — every material now has just a Selling Price / rate, no floor. The earlier ₱2,000 aggregate rule (공통규칙 A7) is gone too — that row no longer exists in your file.
· Pricing on this tab is now pure rate × area × quantity, with no minimum anywhere — not per-item, not per-material, not aggregated across the quote. Both the Printing/Cutting portion and the Installation portion (per-item checkbox, unchanged from before) now compute this way.
· Re-extracted all 30 materials fresh from your file with the minimum fields dropped entirely, and removed the ₱2,000 aggregate-minimum logic (and its "Minimum Adjustment" summary lines) that I'd added a few rounds ago, since that rule no longer applies.
· Verified against your exact screenshot: Car Wrapping → Glossy Vinyl, 60×90cm, Ecosolvent, Ordinary install — previously computed ₱4,000.00 (₱1,000 print/cut floor + ₱3,000 install floor); now correctly computes ₱726.56 (pure 5.81 sqft × ₱85/sqft + 5.81 sqft × ₱40/sqft, no floors), and no "Minimum Adjustment" lines appear anywhere in the Summary or Quotation Document.

1)–7) UNIT SELECTOR ADDED (CM/INCH/FT) — MATCHING 9)–11) (v14.0):
· Every tab from 1) 3D Sign through 7) Standee Sign now has a Unit dropdown (cm/inch/ft), same as 9) Sticker Installation, 10) Print&Cut, and 11) Laser&CNC already had. Enter your size in whichever unit is on the tape measure — no more mental conversion to cm beforehand.
· Handled correctly per tab's actual pricing formula, since they don't all use the same native unit internally: 1) 3D Sign, 2) 2D Sign, 4) Box/Cube, 6) Traffic, and most of 7) Standee calculate in cm; 3) Pana's Panaflex option and 5) Neon calculate in ft; 7) Standee's Acrylic Table Shield also calculates in ft. Whichever unit you pick now converts correctly into that formula's real unit before the price is computed — the dropdown doesn't just relabel the field, it actually changes the math.
· Also fixed two dependent behaviors in 1) 3D Sign that read the Depth field directly: the "Aluminum Cap Channel" fixed-depth lock and the siding-based auto-depth rule now both display in whichever unit is currently selected, instead of always writing a raw cm number into the field.
· Repeatable sub-rows (3D Sign Frame, Traffic's Add-on Sticker rows, Standee's Logo Buildup and Add-on Sintraboard rows) also respect the currently selected unit at the moment you add them.
· Verified with 8 side-by-side tests — one per tab (plus both Standee sub-types) — entering the same physical size in two different units and confirming the computed price matches exactly in every case; all 8 passed.

9) STICKER INSTALLATION — REVERTED TO PER-ITEM INSTALLATION, PLUS NEW ₱2,000 AGGREGATE MINIMUMS (v13.1):
· Per your request, undid the previous change — the separate "per site/location" Installation section is gone, and the "Include Installation" checkbox + Difficulty selector are back on each sticker item, exactly as before.
· New rule applied: the combined total of all Sticker Printing/Cutting portions across the whole quotation now has a ₱2,000 minimum, and separately the combined total of all Sticker Installation portions has its own ₱2,000 minimum — each is a single floor across everything you've added, not per line item. If either sum falls short, a "Minimum Adjustment" line appears in the Summary (and in the Quotation Document, Excel export, and Copy-as-Text) making up the difference; if a sum already meets or exceeds ₱2,000, no adjustment is added.
· Verified: one sticker item with ₱1,000 printing/cutting (below the floor) and ₱3,000 installation (above the floor) correctly showed only a "Sticker Printing/Cutting Minimum Adjustment: ₱1,000.00" line, bringing that portion to exactly ₱2,000 — Installation was left untouched since it already cleared the floor. With no sticker items in the cart at all, no adjustment lines appear.

THREE STRUCTURAL CHANGES — LASER MINIMUM, INSTALLATION CLEANUP, STICKER INSTALL PER-SITE (v13.0, sticker portion reverted above per your follow-up):
· 11) Laser&CNC — combined minimum: your file no longer sets separate minimums for Cutting Fee and Material Fee — it's now one combined minimum per material (fixed ₱500 for "On Stock" items, or the full sheet cost for "Should Buy" items). Re-extracted all 126 materials with the new single-column minimum and rewired the calculator to compute Cutting Fee + Material Fee raw, then top up to the combined floor only if their sum falls short — never floors them separately anymore. Verified: a tiny 0.09 sqft piece (raw cost ₱64.80) correctly tops up to the ₱500 combined minimum; a full 32 sqft sheet (₱23,040 raw) needs no top-up at all.
· Installation — removed "Signage Being Installed (Reference)": deleted the whole section, its repeatable list, and its Add-Row button, since you said it wasn't needed.
· 9) Sticker Installation — install charge is now separate from sticker items, and priced per site: the old "Include Installation" checkbox on each sticker item is gone — adding 10 sticker items no longer attaches any install cost to any of them. Instead, there's a new standalone "Installation (Add Separately, Per Site/Location)" section below the sticker catalog — pick a material category (for its install rate), enter the area, difficulty, and how many identical sites, and add it once per site. The minimum install fee is enforced per site, not per sticker line item: 2 sites at ₱3,000 minimum each correctly total ₱6,000, not a single shared ₱3,000 floor.

QUOTATION DOCUMENT — SIZE COLUMN NOW SHOWS DIMENSIONS, NOT JUST SQFT (v12.6):
· Audited every tab's SIZE line for the Quotation Document and found four that only showed a job/material description or a total SQFT — no actual Width×Height — which you're right makes it hard for both clients and production staff to picture: 10) Print&Cut, its Add-On Materials section, 9) Sticker Installation, and 11) Laser&CNC (area-billing mode). All four now include the actual Width×Height (in whichever unit you entered it in) right in the SIZE text.
· Note: these four are all flat roll/sheet materials (vinyl, stickers, laser-cut sheets) with no Depth dimension in the underlying data — so only Width×Height applies there. Depth already shows correctly wherever it's a real part of the product (1) 3D Sign, 4) Box/Cube Sign, and the ACP Frame add-on all already included Width×Height×Depth). I checked every other tab (2D Sign, Pana/Tarp/Softfilm, Neon, Traffic, Standee) too — they already had proper dimensions in their SIZE text, so nothing needed fixing there.
· Verified directly: Print&Cut now reads "...— 24×24CM", the Add-On section "...— 24×24CM (0.62 SQFT/UNIT)", Sticker Installation "...— 60×90CM", and Laser&CNC "...— 60×90CM" — all flowing correctly into the Quotation Document's SIZE column.

10) PRINT&CUT — ADD-ON MATERIALS NOW AUTO-FILLS FROM CONFIGURE ITEM (v12.5):
· The "Add-On Materials (Sintra/Acrylic/ACP)" section's old "Area (sqft)" + "Quantity" fields are gone, replaced with Unit / Width / Height / Quantity — the same fields as the "Configure Item" section above.
· When you pick an add-on material, these now auto-fill with whatever's currently in Configure Item (same Width, Height, Quantity, and Unit) — but they're a separate copy, so you can still adjust them independently for the add-on without touching your main item's numbers.
· Area is computed with the exact same cm/inch/ft → sqft conversion used everywhere else, so switching units here works the same way it does up top.
· Verified: Configure Item set to 2×3ft (6 sqft) correctly pre-filled the add-on's Width/Height/Unit to match; editing the add-on's own Width/Height to 5×5 correctly recalculated its price independently, leaving the main item's 2×3ft untouched.

06 SPECS — EXACT SAME FORMAT AS THE QUOTATION DOCUMENT, AND EDITS NOW FLOW BACK IN (v12.4):
· The SPECS box now uses the exact same layout as the Quotation Document per item: 1. on its own line, then SIZE: ..., then SPECS: ..., then the QTY×PRICE=AMOUNT line — matching what you see in 07 exactly instead of the old single-line format.
· Editing the "Editable Copy" box now really does flow into the Quotation Document — this time by parsing your edited SIZE/SPECS lines back per item (matched by number) and using them as that item's override everywhere the Quotation Document is shown: on-screen preview, Excel export, and Copy-as-Text. Edit item 2's SPECS line and only item 2 changes, in all three outputs, live as you type.
· The "ORIGINAL (Read-Only Reference)" box on the left is untouched by this — it always keeps showing the true auto-generated text, so the red diff-highlighting on the right still works correctly to show you exactly what you've changed.
· "Reset to Original" clears all per-item overrides back to auto-generated, everywhere.
· Verified end-to-end: edited item 1's SIZE line in the editable box → the Quotation Document immediately showed the edited text in place of the original; the read-only reference box stayed unchanged; and Reset correctly reverted everything.

QUOTATION DOCUMENT — INSTALLATION LINE NOW DYNAMIC, WITH FULL BREAKDOWN (v12.3):
· The hardcoded "ONE-DAY INSTALLATION WITHIN (MANILA)" line is gone — it now reads "(N) DAY(S) INSTALLATION WITHIN (LOCATION)", auto-filled from your actual Installation tab entries: the day count comes from Weekday + Holiday installation days, and location comes from a new Installation Location field on that tab (leave it blank and the parentheses just stay empty for you to fill in by hand).
· Right below that line, the Quotation Document now automatically lists the full itemized breakdown of what you configured — Travel (Movement), Travel (Installation Labor), any G.I. Pipe/Ladder/Boom Truck/Crane charges, and Additional Costs — in the on-screen preview, the Excel export, and the Copy-as-Text export alike, instead of just a single lump total.
· Verified: 2 installation days + "Quezon City" as location produced "2 DAYS INSTALLATION WITHIN (QUEZON CITY)" with the Movement and Installation Labor breakdown lines both appearing underneath; clearing the location field correctly falls back to an empty "()".

5) NEON SIGN — 6MM SURCHARGE BUG FIXED (v12.2):
· You were right — the difficulty-based surcharge (Simple +₱100/sqft, Medium +₱200/sqft, Hard +₱300/sqft) was being applied to both the 6mm and 8mm LED options, when it should only apply to 8mm. 6mm should carry no additional charge at all. Fixed: selecting 6mm now shows "NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE" and adds nothing to the price; only 8mm applies the surcharge matching the chosen difficulty tier.
· Verified directly: same Medium-difficulty item at 6 sqft — 6mm priced at ₱9,200, 8mm at ₱10,400, a ₱1,200 difference that exactly matches ₱200/sqft × 6sqft.

ACP FRAME — DEPTH-AWARE PRICING, PANAFLEX DOUBLE-FACE LIGHT FIX (v12.1):
· ACP Frame now has a Depth (cm) field alongside Width/Height, plus a 3mm / 4mm thickness selector, per your rule: effective width/height = actual + depth×2 (the frame's own build-up on both sides). If both effective dimensions are ≤122cm, it's the base price (₱4,000 for 3mm, ₱4,500 for 4mm); beyond that, price increases by that same amount per additional 122×122cm half-sheet unit. Verified: 80×80×5cm (effective 90×90) correctly stays at the ₱4,000 base; 113×112×5cm (effective 123×112, just over the line) correctly jumps to the next tier.
· 3) Pana, Tarp, Softfilm Sign — "Double Face, With Light" Panaflex now reads 8" Buildup Frame instead of 4", per your note that a 4" depth can cause shadowing on double-sided lit signage. Pricing for that option is unchanged — just the label/spec, since that's what you asked to fix.

MANUAL UNIT PRICE OVERRIDE ADDED EVERYWHERE + 3D SIGN LETTERS FIX (v12.0):
· Every single tab — 1) 3D Sign, 2) 2D Sign, the Frame add-on, 3) Pana/Tarp/Softfilm, 4) Box/Cube, 5) Neon, 6) Traffic, 7) Standee, 9) Sticker Installation, 10) Print&Cut, 11) Laser&CNC, 12) Advertising Materials, 13) Signage Parts — now has a "Unit Price (₱, Optional Override)" field right before its Add button. Leave it blank to use the computed price as before; type a number to override it. When active, the price display shows an "(OVERRIDDEN)" tag so it's never ambiguous which price is in effect, and the field clears itself after each add so it doesn't silently carry over to your next item.
· 1) 3D Sign — Letters now combine into 1 LOT, per your rule: for "Letters (Individual Alphabet)", the combined total of all letters is now one cart line with QTY 1 (not one row per letter) — since that's the standard way letter signage gets quoted. The Logo type is unchanged and still shows its real quantity. Verified: entering 5 letters now correctly produces a single "1 LOT" line with the full 5-letter total as its price, and the live preview reads "5 LETTER(S) → 1 LOT" instead of a confusing "QTY 1" while you're still typing.
· Tested all 14 override points individually plus the Letters fix — every one applies correctly, and the field-clearing/tag-flagging behavior works consistently across every tab.

INSTALLATION MINIMUM — CORRECTED TO INCLUDE MOVEMENT (v11.5):
· Per your correction, the ₱4,000/₱6,000 minimum applies to Movement + Installation Labor combined, not to labor alone. Fixed: both fees are computed raw first, then if their sum falls short of the floor (₱4,000 for daytime, ₱6,000 if any nighttime hours are used), the difference is topped up so the combined total hits the minimum — never adds on top of it.
· Re-verified against your exact screenshot numbers: Movement ₱1,600 + raw Labor ₱1,800 = ₱3,400, which now correctly tops up to ₱4,000 total (previously my fix wrongly produced ₱5,600 by flooring labor alone at ₱4,000 and adding movement on top — that was wrong, this is right).
· Also checked: when the combined total already exceeds the floor (e.g. ₱7,600), no top-up is applied — the minimum only kicks in when needed.

NOTES → DESCRIPTION (NOT A SEPARATE BLOCK), INSTALLATION MINIMUMS ADDED (v11.4, minimum logic corrected above):
· Per your correction, undid the "ADDITIONAL NOTES" section entirely — 06 SPECS' editable box is back to being just a copy-into-chat utility, disconnected from the Quotation Document again.
· Instead, each cart item now has its own small note field, right in the cart table — type a note there and it flows straight into that item's DESCRIPTION cell in the Quotation Document (on-screen, Excel, and Copy-as-Text), attached to the correct item instead of floating as a separate block.
· Installation minimums added, per your file's own rule A5 that I'd missed when I rebuilt this tab: Daytime installation labor is floored at ₱4,000/day, Nighttime at ₱6,000/day, applied before multiplying by weekday/holiday days. Verified against your screenshot's exact numbers: 3 personnel × 2hrs daytime = ₱1,800 raw, which now correctly floors to ₱4,000 — so total Installation goes from the broken ₱3,400 to the correct ₱5,600 (₱1,600 movement + ₱4,000 minimum-floored labor).

06 SPECS EDITS NOW FLOW INTO THE QUOTATION DOCUMENT LIVE (v11.3, undone above per your correction):
· Confirmed the gap: the "Editable Copy" box in 06 SPECS was completely disconnected from the Quotation Document in 07 — typing something there (like adding "LOGO") never showed up anywhere else. Fixed.
· Once you edit the Editable Copy box, it now appears as a new "ADDITIONAL NOTES" section in the Quotation Document — right after TOTAL, before Terms & Conditions — and updates live as you type, in the on-screen preview, the Excel export, and the Copy-as-Text export alike.
· Before you've made any edits, this section simply doesn't appear (no redundant auto-generated text cluttering the document) — it only shows up once you've actually typed something different from the original.
· Clicking "Reset to Original" removes the section again, matching the SPECS box being reset back to auto-generated.
· Verified: typed "LOGO — extra note" into the editable box → it appeared in the Quotation Document immediately, your typing wasn't disturbed/overwritten while doing so, and Reset correctly removed it again.

QUANTITY/LOT MISMATCH — FOUND AND FIXED IN 3 MORE TABS (v11.2):
· Confirmed via your screenshot: 10) Print&Cut had exactly the same bug I thought I'd fixed only in 9) Sticker Installation — entering Quantity 50 still added the item as "QTY: 1" with the full ₱5,000 crammed into the unit price, instead of "QTY: 50, PRICE: ₱100.00". Fixed now — checked and confirmed: Quantity 50 → cart shows qty:50, unitPrice:₱100, amount:₱5,000, exactly as it should flow into the Quotation Document's LOT column.
· Audited every single tab for the same pattern and found it in two more places, now fixed: 11) Laser&CNC (both the area-based and per-minute billing modes) and 13) Signage Parts (its divisor-based unit pricing, e.g. "Channel Screw ₱40/10pcs", now shows the actual piece count in QTY instead of always "1").
· Also fixed a small display bug spotted while testing: Laser&CNC's cutting/material fee tags were showing a doubled ₱ sign (e.g. "₱₱2,240.00").
· Every other tab (3D Sign, 2D Sign, Pana/Tarp/Softfilm, Box/Cube, Neon, Traffic, Standee, Sticker Installation, Advertising Materials) was already returning the correct quantity — confirmed by direct code inspection, not just spot-checking.

EXCEL EXPORT — FIXED VISUAL BREAKAGE (v11.1):
· The downloaded .xlsx looked broken compared to the on-screen preview — fixed the real causes:
· SUBTOTAL/VAT/TOTAL showing blank: those cells held formulas with no cached result, so any viewer that doesn't auto-recalculate (including whatever rendered your screenshot) showed nothing. Every formula cell now carries a cached numeric result alongside the formula, so the number shows immediately.
· "AMOUNT" header and peso values getting cut off: widened the columns (Description, Amount, and others) so headers and ₱-formatted numbers fit without truncation.
· No ₱ symbol on Excel prices: number format was plain "#,##0.00" — added the peso sign so exported prices read "₱1,000.00" like the on-screen version.
· Terms & Conditions and item Specs text overlapping between rows: my row-height estimate was too tight (assumed more characters fit per line than actually do at these column widths/fonts), so wrapped text spilled into the row below. Recalculated with a more conservative chars-per-line estimate and more vertical padding per line — checked against your actual Terms text and the new heights (42–90pt depending on length) comfortably fit the real wrapped line count.

공통규칙 — FOUND RED TEXT I'D MISSED ENTIRELY (v11.0):
· Sorry about this one — the red markup in 공통규칙 wasn't at the whole-cell level, it was partial-run rich text inside two cells (A3 and A10), which my earlier scan didn't catch. Went back and found real, substantial rule changes:
· 설치비 보정 (Install Fee Adjustment) is now a flat peso amount, not a percentage — per your rule, this was never supposed to be a %. Type a peso number (e.g. 1,000) and that exact amount moves from the Installation line into the item lines (proportionally across all of them), so the grand total never changes. Verified: shifting ₱1,000 moved Installation from ₱2,400→₱1,400 and Items Subtotal from ₱2,000→₱3,000, with Subtotal and Total both staying exactly the same.
· GO2SIGN logo restored at the top of the Quotation Document — pulled the actual logo image out of your original QUOTATION_TEMPLATED.xlsx file and embedded it in both the on-screen preview and the Excel export (previously it was just plain text, no logo).
· Excel row heights now set explicitly throughout the exported quotation (header, items, specs, terms, totals, signatures) instead of relying on Excel's default auto-fit, so the downloaded file's spacing looks consistent and matches the on-screen version much more closely. Rows with variable-length text (specs, terms) size themselves based on estimated wrapped line count.
· "Mark Henry Maglalang" removed from the "Prepared by" signature line (in both the on-screen preview and the Excel export) — it's blank now so each staff member can write their own name.
· New: photo attachment per quotation item — each line in the cart now has a "📷 Attach Photo" control; once attached, a thumbnail shows in the cart, and the photo appears in both the Quotation Document preview and gets embedded as a real image in the Excel export next to that item's specs.

9) STICKER INSTALLATION — QUANTITY NOW SHOWN CORRECTLY (v10.3):
· Fixed per your new rule: entering a Quantity on this tab now shows that actual quantity in the Quotation Document's QTY/LOT column, with the per-unit price divided out correctly (previously it always showed "QTY: 1" with the whole multi-piece total crammed into the unit price).
· Checked every other red-marked cell in your file (1) 3D Sign, 2) 2D Sign, 4) Box/Cube, 5) Neon, 6) Traffic Sign, 11) Laser&CNC) against what's already implemented — all matched exactly, no other changes needed. Most of the red marks turned out to be on section header labels that hadn't actually changed (just highlighted for visibility), not on values that differ from what's already in the app.

FRAME MOVED INTO 1) 3D SIGN & 2) 2D SIGN, INSTALLATION MOVED TO ITS OWN TAB (v10.2):
· Frame is no longer a project-level, once-per-quotation setting — the whole "Frame (Project Level)" section was deleted. It's now a repeatable add-on available only inside 1) 3D Sign and 2) 2D Sign, right below each tab's item panel: configure a Frame (ACP / Tubular 2-Line / 3-Line / 1:2 Ratio) and click "+ Add Frame To Quote" as many times as needed, same as adding any signage item. Each one becomes its own cart line, shows up in the Quotation Document normally, and no longer needs its own special-cased row in the totals/export code.
· Double Face rate corrected: your file now says ACP Frame Double Face is ×175%, not ×200% — updated in both 1) 3D Sign and 2) 2D Sign (they matched each other exactly, so one fix covers both).
· Installation moved out of the fixed bottom section and into its own tab, positioned between 13) Signage Parts and LED Calculator as asked. All the fields and the travel/labor/equipment formulas are unchanged from the last rebuild — only its location moved. It's now wrapped in a bold orange-bordered box so it stands out clearly from the other tabs. The "설치비 보정" cosmetic shift toggle and the Summary total still work exactly as before.

INSTALLATION — COMPLETE REBUILD (v10.1):
· The old sqft/height/crew-based Installation formula (which was never based on real data) was deleted entirely and replaced with your file's actual travel/personnel/equipment cost model:
· Travel (Movement): (Vehicles × ₱100 × one-way KM + Personnel × Travel Hours × ₱200 × 2 for round trip) × Weekday Round Trips, plus the same formula × Holiday Round Trips × 130%.
· Travel (Installation Labor): (Personnel × Daytime Hours × ₱300 + Personnel × Nighttime Hours × ₱400) × Weekday Install Days, plus the same × Holiday Install Days × 130%.
· Special Equipment: G.I. Pipe Install for >4-level scaffolding (Simple +₱10,000 / Ordinary +₱20,000 / Hard +₱30,000, or a custom amount) · Hanging Ladder Install (Simple +₱5,000 / Ordinary +₱10,000 / Hard +₱20,000, or custom) · Boom Truck (₱70,000/8hrs + ₱10,000/additional hour) · Crane (₱200,000/8hrs + ₱30,000/additional hour).
· Additional Costs: manual-entry fields for Vehicle Rental, Airplane, Bus, and Ship, per your file.
· A repeatable "Signage Being Installed" list (Width×Height×Depth×Quantity) is included for reference/specs, matching your file's rule — it doesn't feed into the price formula since none of the pricing terms above reference signage size.
· The existing "설치비 보정" (Install Fee Cosmetic Shift) toggle still works exactly as before — it only changes how the cost is displayed across lines, never the grand total.

11) LASER&CNC — COMPLETE REBUILD (v10.0):
· The old Laser & CNC tab was entirely made-up placeholder data (generic price ranges like "Stainless 1mm: ₱300–600/sqft") that never matched your actual file. Deleted it completely and rebuilt from your real per-material tables.
· Fiber Laser (55 materials), CNC Router (22 materials), CO₂ Laser (49 materials) — each material now has its own real Cutting Fee (Simple / Medium / Complicate, peso/sqft) and Material Fee (peso/sqft), matching your sheet exactly.
· "On Stock" vs "Should Buy" materials are both shown, and their minimums work differently as your file specifies: "On Stock" materials use a fixed Cutting minimum (e.g., ₱500 for Fiber Laser stainless) with no Material minimum (they're already held in smaller cut sizes); "Should Buy" materials have no Cutting minimum but their Material minimum equals the full sheet cost — since you'd be buying an entire sheet even for a small cut piece. Supplier and sheet cost/size are shown for reference.
· New "Cutting per minute" billing method from your file — a flat per-minute alternative to area-based pricing, with its own minimum, for CNC Router (₱15/min), CO₂ Laser (₱20/min), Fiber Laser O2 (₱40/min), and Fiber Laser N2 (₱50/min).
· Both Cutting Rate and Material Rate (and the per-minute rate) are editable per your rule, with a "↺ Reset" button back to standard — same pattern as 9) Sticker Installation and 10) Print&Cut.
· Area input follows the same cm/inch/ft → matching sqcm/sqin/sqft display convention as the other rebuilt tabs.
· Note: your file also contains a "Sheet1" tab with Shopee-listing price calculations for Fiber Laser Stainless cutting — that looks like your own backend reference sheet rather than a calculator page, so it wasn't pulled into this tab. Let me know if you'd like that included somewhere too.

10) PRINT&CUT — REMOVED STALE LEFTOVER CONTENT (v9.3):
· You were right — two things in this tab weren't actually in your Excel file anymore and I'd missed removing them in an earlier round: the "Sintra Board Special Pricing" reference table (a whole separate pricing structure that doesn't exist in your current sheet at all — it was carried over from a much older version) and four "Soft Film w/ Aluminum Box" variants under Printing → Soft Film (Single/Double, No Light/Lighted) — your current sheet only has the one plain "Soft Film" row. Both are now fully deleted — from the data, the UI, and the underlying code (no dead leftovers).
· Re-checked the rest of the sheet line-by-line against the app: Printing (18 items), Print & Cut (8 items), Cutting (5 items), Add-On Materials (16 items) — all match your file exactly, nothing missing, nothing extra, no wording changes needed.

10) PRINT&CUT — REBUILT FROM SCRATCH (v9.2, superseded by the cleanup above):
· Re-read the sheet's own <규칙> notes carefully and found I'd missed two things last round — fixed both:
· Editable rate (규칙 A4): the peso/sqft or peso/sqin Selling Price is now an editable field, not fixed — type in a discounted rate and the price recalculates immediately. The sheet's own Discount Range is shown right next to it as a guide for what's reasonable, and a "↺ Reset to Standard Rate" button puts it back. When a custom rate is in use, it's flagged clearly on-screen and noted on the cart line.
· Area display now matches your chosen input unit (규칙 A2): pick cm and the area shows as SQCM, inch shows SQIN, ft shows SQFT — matching the sheet's instruction exactly. Underneath, the app still converts correctly to whichever unit that job actually bills in (SQFT for Printing/Cutting, SQIN for Print & Cut) for the price calculation itself.

· Price and Stock are a snapshot from the export timestamp (2026-08-22) — they are baked into the app files and will NOT update on their own.
· Live Shopee/BigSeller sync is not possible in this app as built. This is a static HTML/JS file that runs entirely in your browser with no server — it can't securely call Shopee's or BigSeller's APIs, which require signed, server-side authenticated requests (their keys can't be safely embedded in a file anyone can open). Getting real-time stock would need a small backend service to run those API calls and refresh this catalog — genuinely possible to build, just not something a browser-only file can do. In the meantime, the practical path is: re-export these two files from Shopee/BigSeller periodically and send them back to me, and I'll regenerate this catalog in a couple of minutes each time.
